Basketball Season is here!
With the cold and the snow come a new season for Minnesota and Nationwide. I hope all of you basketball players out there took some time this off-season to refine your skills, work on strength and increase speed.
At OSR we work with a number of different athletes in all sorts of different sports. Since it is basketball season we wanted to take some time and show some different drills we will do at OSR when training our basketball players.

This is not recommend this for many athletes. Adam in the video is a very tall and advanced basketball player.
